Qualifications:

Ground Operations Officer (GOO)
Scope
a) Operates a computer station to process client requests, establish charges associated with the request and, after confirmation of services required on an Aircraft Service Form, update the OCC operational assignment whiteboard.
b) Having knowledge on the basic to complex airside/tarmac ground handling operations and equipment.
Principal Accountabilities
a) Process ground handling requests;
b) Establish specific client requirements;
c) Establish other charges for services as required;
d) Confirm client acceptance of charges and conditions of service;
e) Complete and file Aircraft Service Form;
f) List and update “movement information” on Ground Operations whiteboard;
g) Receiving aircraft, passenger and crew on departure/arrival on the ramp;
h) Provide ground transportation as arranged;
i) Submit completed Aircraft Service Form ;
j) Aircraft handling Turnaround Coordinator;
k) Process Flight procedure and, Customs & immigration;
l) Check documents return after operations such as flight package, timing record and fuel record; and
m) Flight watch
